Main application and performance:

The machine for zigzag springs is one of the supplementary equipment of QH-II spring forming machine. Model QD-II is mainly used to cut off a certain length of the zigzag springs exported from the spring forming machine according to users' requirement. Model QD-II can cut zigzag spring from the S-shaped spring forming machine and bend the spring end at one time. The length of the zigzag spring cut by the machine is determined by the mechanical method. The customers only need provide the product parameters as shown in Fig1. Then you can order an S-shaped spring cutting machine which fits your products.
